For a specific bug report, feature request, or proposal, open an issue . Describe the problem or proposed change and why it matters. Discussing the idea before implementation helps clarify its scope and how it fits the project.

Submit a pull request

After discussing the proposed change, implement it and open a pull request that links to the related issue.
